LIVESTOCK WASTE TREATMENT

HOW DOES THE COMPOSTING SYSTEM WORK?

Ecopans composting plants allow livestock waste, slurry and solid manure, to be treated at the point of production.

The system consists of non-invasive micro-composting plants that can be located throughout the area without impacting the environment, either in terms of emissions or aesthetics, because they blend in with the surrounding area.

In these systems, the process is entirely aerobic and occurs using microorganisms naturally present in the biomass being treated, thus avoiding the generation of unpleasant odors.

The process requires only electricity to operate the machinery and a portion of plant-based structuring material to balance the nutrients in the waste.

No biogas is produced and no burners are required; the final product is high-quality compost that can be reused on land or sold.

The systems are modular; you can start with one line and then add more modules as needed, such as an increase in livestock numbers.

The machines can be easily shut down at any time, for example, in the summer when animals are not present, and then restarted when they return.

The systems can be equipped with a remote control system, making them eligible for Industry 4.0 tax benefits.

Ecopans systems treat both slurry and solid manure from cattle, pigs, and horses on-site.

The system is composed of non-invasive and environmentally friendly micro-composting systems.

Composting is aerobic and odorless.

The process requires only electricity and vegetal building material.

No biogas is produced, and the final product is high-quality compost, reusable or marketable.

The systems are modular and can be expanded as needed.

The machinery can be turned on and off as needed.

The systems can be remotely controlled and benefit from Industry 4.0 tax advantages.

THE ADVANTAGES

Reduction of greenhouse gas emission

Autonomy in wastewater managemen

Greater control over pollutant flows

Km-0 compost for reuse on lan

Loading System

The wastewater loading system in the Ecopans composting machine is simple and adapts to every need.

Both solid and liquid materials can be loaded, and the equipment normally found on farms, such as bulldozers, shovels, forklifts, and conveyor belts, can be used. For liquid materials, the slurry pumping system can be connected directly to the composting plant.
