Ecopans Srl was founded in 2017 as a result of Claudio Pansa's 20 years of experience in the metal industry, and specialises in the production of electromechanical composting machines.
The know-how achieved in the sector has allowed the technology to be perfected, starting from design through to final installation. Assistance for the correct use of the equipment is always guaranteed, either by telephone or directly on site, and the same applies to any checks and maintenance on request.
Production is entirely carried out in Italy, using top-quality, readily available materials. The machines can be customised according to client requirements and thanks to their modularity, their capacity can also be increased at a later date.
Our technology is patented and CE certified, and qualifies for Industry 4.0 benefits. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified and is registered in the main portals of Electronic Markets for Public Administration.

The main aim of this project is to promote the autonomy of the communities most isolated from large organic waste treatment centres, such as municipalities in mountain and smaller island areas, enabling them to manage their organic waste independently and in an environmentally sustainable way.

A tangible benefit of this initiative will be the significant reduction in harmful emissions and in the costs associated with transporting waste over long distances from the place of production. This will not only help preserve the environment, but also optimise the economic efficiency of the system.
In addition, one of the key results of this project will be the production of high-quality, zero-kilometre compost.
This compost will not only be an important step forward in sustainable waste management, but also a valuable contribution to local soil fertility, improving the quality of agricultural land.
